- No coffee, smoking or vaping 30 minutes prior- this can alter the test results.Â

Prerequisites:
Minimum age: 12 years old
Certification
This course is certified by St. John’s Ambulance and meets the standards of the Canadian Red Cross. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a First Aid in Childcare Recertification card, valid for three years.
The First Aid in Childcare Recertification – 1 Day Course provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to renew their First Aid in Childcare certification. With certification from St. John’s Ambulance and meeting the standards of the Heart & Stroke Foundation, this course is suitable for individuals who need to renew their First Aid in Childcare certification.
