Designed for individuals needing to renew their Standard or Intermediate First Aid certification, this one-day course—administered by Canadian Red Cross or St. John Ambulance—reinforces key emergency response skills such as CPR, choking, bleeding control, and workplace safety. Participants review legal and ethical responsibilities, practice effective communication in emergencies, and leave with refreshed, job-ready first aid knowledge. Completion of this course extends certification for another three years.
